- Warranty- Unconditional money back guarantee for fishes that fall sick within 24hrs of purchase made. Colour of fishes might look different due to different monitor settings, lighting, stress through transportation etc. Therefore, live viewing is highly recommended and seller takes no responsibilities for any discrepancies. However pictures are taken as accurately as possible with no further digital enhancements or corrections, and updated pictures and videos can always be requested, with no obligations for purchase.
- Reservations- Due to a number of reserved yet uncollected orders, fishes are sold on first come first serve basis, or same day collection/delivery. Apologies for the inconvenience.
Feel free to request for more pictures or videos of the fish you are interested in. These are completely FOC and obligation free as I sincerely wish for customers to get a more accurate idea of what they are purchasing. Some bettas (marbles especially) look very different within a short time frame, it will be too time consuming to repost a new picture for each betta in my sales page every few days!
